Return and Refund Policy

 

Canceling an order

Once an order has left our facility customer needs to contact to the team for canceling the order. we are unable to issue a refund or exchange until the product didn't receive back by the facilities, we cannot make any exception to this policy. There is no Warranty or Guarantee of the products, in the case of manufacturing defects replacement would be provided,

Orders can be stopped before leaving our facility and we provide a 12 to 24-hour time frame for cancellations from the time of purchase. To cancel your order email us or call us.

Most orders are delivered between 5 to 7 business days using a reputable courier, and we ship orders Monday to Saturday with the exception of public holidays.

Please note: Orders are only able to be delivered to the address provided by you at the time of placing your order.

 

All disputes are subjects to Ghaziabad jurisdiction

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return within 1 day. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and the initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt of your return, a prompt refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

What Else Do I Need To Know?

• If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer care immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised.

• All returned items must be in the condition you received them, with all hangtags attached and in the original packaging.

• We will email you detailed return instructions to return your item(s)

• If you're returning more than one item, we may ask you to ship items together or in separate boxes.

• Your refund will include the price of the bag and any duties and taxes minus the return shipping fees. The refund will not include any original shipping charges, if applicable.

• Your credit will be issued after we have received and processed your returned item(s). This time may vary; if you're receiving a refund via credit card, please allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.

• Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

Order Cancellation 
A Customer can opt to cancel an order within 1 hour for the order placed either online or by calling our customer service and receive a refund of advance paid if any. This is not applicable for Express delivery orders since those are processed and shipped immediately.
